Galneryus - One For All, All For One
Revered yet unknown Japanese Power Metallers(wipes tear) released this gem pretty much exclusively in their home country, as far as I'm concerned, but is available for order. If I had the money or even the method of attaining it, I'd buy it, but sadly cannot, so I pirate. Bastards. Anyways, these guys are like the Japanese Stratovarius(even performed a "cover" of Black Diamond, though I see NO similarity between the two). Epic, melodic, and did I mention epic and melodic? They can get some heavy bass grooves(Don't Touch), emotional yet not sappy light metal songs(Everlasting), and good old fret masturbating power metal madness(New Legend). If you don't like this, you don't like music.
