Sunn O))) - Black One

We as humans have a severe case of Know-It-Allitis. We think we know how the world was made, we think we know why it hurts when Frank Zappa pees, and we think we know what Hell would sound like, feel like, and generally, we think it's a bad place. If I were to pick one album for what I personally think Hell might sound like, it would be this album. Probably one of the more "interesting" releases from the Sunn, it features collaborations with Malefic of Xasthur fame and Wretch of Leviathan providing chilling vokills tho the slow doomy blend that Sunn has been stirring up since whenever they got their hands on their amps and learned how to make 25 minute songs out of 6 chords. There's even a tremolo picked song(It Took The Night To Believe) which I believe left Stephen O' Malley's hands sore for a whole week. Poor guy, but it's the recommended track, so dig it.
