Metallica - Death Magnetic
The 9th album from legendary Thrash Metallers Metallica, who I doubt anyone past the age of 12 hasn't heard of. This album has become the new St. Anger in critical eyes. Rehashed riffs, rehashed drumming, and a third installment of The Unforgiven, making it an official trilogy. I don't think this album is bad, just long. If it were pruned a bit, I'm sure people wouldn't mind it at all. The faux progressive air the album gives off will wear off before too long, so give it a chance!
